Kath Fry Challenge 2023

(3rd – 5th March)

Last weekend, ten of our Year 10 pupils took to the lakes to represent Dean Trust Ardwick in the Kath Fry Challenge, hosted by Ghyll Head Outdoor Centre in Windermere.

They were up against 12 other Manchester schools. Battling to gain points through problem solving and team based challenges.

DTA gained points for their resilience, teamwork and positivity during a day climbing a mountain in the lake district, as well as building a raft and rowing it across Lake Windemere.
