Since 2016, ReachOut has worked together with Dean Trust Ardwick to support over 200 pupils to develop their character, confidence, increase attainment and raise aspirations. This is done through an after-school mentoring programme, providing the pupils with a designated mentor that they work with throughout the year, one-to-one and in a group. The pupils involved have also had the opportunity to attend Workplace Experience Visits, going into companies such as Dakota Hotel, Apple and Zurich to spend time with their employees learning about various career paths, the different jobs available, and taking part in activities to learn about the business.
